Nareerut Cherdchaikul is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience specializing in private and public company law and foreign business law.
She practiced with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal & Tax Consultants for 7 years, during which time she advised clients in a number of areas including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector, and stock market flotation.
She has advised and assisted numerous foreign clients on foreign business license procedures and applications. She has also been invited to submit opinions on various aspects of foreign business licensing procedures and policies to the Department of Business Development (Ministry of Commerce).
Subsequent to her time with PwC and prior to joining Mazars (Thailand) Ltd., Nareerut practiced at a boutique Japanese consulting firm, specializing in Japanese corporate clients, operating in the automobile and steel industry sectors.
She obtained her LL.B. from Ramkamhaeng University in 1994, her Certificate in Business Law from Thammasat University in 1997 and was admitted to the Thai Bar Association in 2006.
