Annual Personal Income Tax Return Filing Reminder
A reminder that the deadlines for filing annual personal income tax returns (PND.90 and PND.91) for assessable income derived by individuals during 2012 is 1 April 2013 for returns that are filed manually and 9 April 2013 for returns that are filed online.

Failure to file the return within the above deadlines could result in a fine of 2,000 Baht and a surcharge of 1.5 % per month on the amount of tax payable.
In order to help foreign taxpayers filing their 2012 tax returns, the Revenue Department has launched the forms and related guidance in English. The completed English forms need to be signed and filed manually at the local Revenue Department office.
