Tax News – Extension of Property Incentives
Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has announced a two month extension of tax incentives for the property industry.

Special business tax will remain at 0.1% (previously 3.3%), whilst land transfer and registration fees both stay at 0.01%. previously 2% and 1% respectively. The incentives will now expire at the end of May 2010.
