Mazars is a young, fast-moving, international professional services firm. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented audit manager who can drive the business forward whilst delivering a high-quality and client-focused service. 

Your day to day role will include the preparation of:

  • Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit services, including preparing and reviewing audit work.
  • Achieve team and individual project budgets and objectives.
  • Manage financial performance, including preparing budgets, invoicing and collection and variance investigation.
  • Maintain a high technical and professional standard.
  • Have a strong understanding of audit methodology and be able to apply this to your audit projects.
  • Pro-actively recognizing potential audit issues and address these before they become difficulties.
  • Participation in preparation of audit and special project proposals and contributing to successful completion of these projects.
  • Identify ways to develop further business opportunities and deliver added value.
  • Monitor and control audit staff ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Take an active involvement in professional and business organizations.
  • Coach and develop auditing staff to improve their skills.
  • Provide leadership, motivation and act as a role model for professional staff.
  • Carry out practice management activities e.g. technical research, training development, staff planning.
  • Undertake wider office responsibilities when required.

Profile

  • Thai Nationality
  • CPA qualification required.
  • Proven auditing capability with a minimum of 7 years relevant working experience, preferably in a Big 4/international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice reporting and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • High technical ability, excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude, willing to learn and be a good team player.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, able to discuss complex issues with senior internal and client personnel.
  • Strong command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in high performance teams and under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Other audit related experience such as SET listed, US/J-Sox or Internal Audit is an advantage.
