Suspension of Board of Investment Promotion Applications

During the period whilst the new Thai government is being formed, promotion applications submitted to the Board of Investment (‘BOI’) for investments of 80m Baht or more will be put on hold.
We note that the promotion applications will be considered again once the new government is formed.
