Wichai Somboonchokpisal is a Partner of litigation services of Mazars Thailand. His experience covers various areas of law but especially corporate and commercial law disputes such as shareholder’s disagreements, labour law, computer and IT, intellectual property and international trade. He also provides legal services relating to properties law including land & condominium. He furnishes Thai and foreign clients with practical legal advice based on his extensive experience.
Wichai holds an LLB. from Thammasat University, M.B.A from KMUTT and is a permanent member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and an ordinary member of the Thai Bar Association. He also holds a notarial services attorney license and a public company attorney license.
