Introducing E-Filing for Financial Statements
Thailand's Department of Business Development plans to introduce an e-filing system for financial statements.

A company with its accounting period ending 31st December 2009 must submit its audited financial statements to the Department of Business Development (“DBD”), Ministry of Commerce and to the Revenue Department no later than 31 May 2010. The DBD is proceeding with its plans to introduce an e-filing system for financial statements. It is understood that the charge for using this system when it is eventually introduced will be between Baht 500-1,500 per annum.
