Deadline for filing financial statements extended
The accountants of a company are required to file the company’s financial statements as of 31 December 2017 electronically by 31 May 2018.

However, to support filing financial statements in the Department of Business Development’s database by the deadline, the Department of Business Development has extended the deadline for filing financial statements electronically from 31 May 2018 to 7 June 2018.
