Extending the BOI annual report submission deadline
The BOI promoted company has the duty to submit the annual performance report once a year.

The BOI has extended the deadline to submit the 2019 annual report to 31 October 2020. If a company fails to submit the online report within the specified time, the company may be suspended from entering the BOI’s electronic systems for using its privilege or may have its BOI promotion certificate revoked.
