Filing the list of shareholders and financial statements
Limited companies with an accounting period ended 31 December 2018 must file its list of shareholders and financial statements with the Department of Business Development.

Notes:
* The list of shareholders must be filed by this deadline, regardless of whether or not it is filed along with the financial statements.
** The deadline for filing the financial statements through the DBD’s e-filing system can be extended from 31 May 2019 to 7 June 2019 only if the AGM is held on 30 April 2019.
