New Rule of Partnership and Company Limited Registration
The Department of Business Development has announced a new regulation for the registration of a partnership and company limited.

The regulation, effective from 1 March 201, requires the registered application to be notarized by a notary public should the application be signed outside of Thailand.
If the registered application is signed in Thailand, a copy of the authorised signatory’s passport, showing the visa arrival stamp as proof of having travelled to Thailand is required to support the application.
