Registration of Partnerships and Limited Companies
The Central Partnership and Company Registration Office has named additional persons who can certify the applicants’ signatures on the application for registration of partnerships and limited companies.

With effect from 1 January 2014, the managing partner of the accounting firm, which has been certified by the Department of Business Development, can witness and certify the applicants’ signature on the application for registration of partnerships and limited companies.
The accounting firm must be a member firm of the Thai Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP).
