Submission of the 2013 Accounts
The Director-General of the Department of Business Development, Miss Pongpan Jiarawiriyapan, declared that by 2 June 2014, there were 508,992 juristic persons that had submitted their audited financial statements for the year ended 2013, amounting to 81% of the total juristic persons in Thailand.

For the remaining juristic persons that have not yet submitted their 2013 financial statements, the Department of Business Development has resolved to form a team to follow up and investigate their bookkeeping over the previous years.
The Department of Business Development has set a goal that, within 3 years, every juristic person will be able to submit their audited financial statements through e-filing only.
