Visa and Work Permit Extension at OSSC
Previously, for companies which had registered capital or total assets of more than THB 30 million that wanted to apply for work permits and extend visas for their foreign executives, it was more convenient to submit those applications at the One-Stop Service Centre for Visas and Work Permits than to deal with the Labour Department at Din Daeng and the Immigration Bureau at Chaeng Wattana.

However, from 1 July 2015, the One-Stop Service Centre will consider visa and work permit extensions only for companies that have registered capital or current assets exceeding THB 30 million.
