Remarks:

- The extension of the deadline applies only to cases where meetings have had to be delayed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. It does not apply to cases where filing is late as a result of issues such as a delay in completing the audited financial statements.

- After the postponed meeting takes place, a limited company must submit a letter explaining the impact of COVID-19 on its meeting schedule to the DBD.

- These documents can be filed in one of the following ways: online at www.dbd.go.th; by hand at the DBD’s office (the DBD recommends that companies submit the letter and shareholders’ list at the same time); or by post to the DBD at 563 Sanambinnam Road, Bangkaso, Amphur Muang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi Province, 11000.

Example: A company’s fiscal year-end is 31 December 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the company has to postpone its general shareholders’ meeting from 30 April 2020 to 30 June 2020.
