Are you ready for the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”)?

For our article in July 2019, 1 June 2022 is a final deadline to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in Thailand.

If your company collects, processes, and utilizes the following types of data, you should make sure that your data policy, systems, and procedures comply fully with the PDPA:

  • Names
  • Addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Financial information
  • Nationality or race
  • Religion
  • Health information
  • Personal qualifications

IF NOT, contact us for assistance. The deadline is approaching and the fine for failing to comply is THB 5 million.
