Deadline extended to submit a tax exemption application

For a company with accounting period ended 31 December 2019, the Board of Investment (‘BOI’) has announced (OBOI Announcement No.Por3/2563) that the deadline to submit the application for tax privileges and benefits has been extended from 30 April 2020 to 31 July 2020 or at least 30 days before filing the corporate income tax return (PND.50).
