These seminars examined in detail the key changes that will impact an NPAE’s financial reporting.
The presentations were given by Mazars Managing Director, Rob Hurenkamp, Director of Audit Services, Suleeporn Triyaprasertporn, Assistant Audit Director, Wannawat Hemachayart and Accounting Manager, Jantana Sangjam.
The seminars covered:
- Presentation of Financial Statements;
- Accounts receivable;
- Inventory;
- Plant and equipment investment;
- Intangible assets;
- Borrowing costs;
- Leases; and
- The impact of fluctuation in foreign exchange rates.
The first seminar was held on 28 June 2011 at Bangkok Club, Sathorn City Tower with around 50 attendees, from Mazars Audit and Accounting Outsourcing clients.
The second seminar was held on 14 July 2011 at Landmark Hotel with the cooperation of 4 chambers of commerce; Belgian-Luxembourg-Thai, Franco-Thai, German-Thai and Netherlands-Thai Chambers’ of Commerce. There were around 80 attendees joining the seminar.
