Presented by the BCCT’s Management Development Group, Jonathan was joined by Matthew Grose, Head of Human Resources and Business Excellence, MSIG Insurance Thailand and Bubphawadee Owararinth, Head of Human Resources, Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Pcl. The panel was chaired by Joe Barker-Bennett.

Mazars Thailand implemented a successful graduate recruitment program in 2006 which is really beginning to now bear fruit. Concentrating on a handful of universities, Mazars recruits graduates into the Audit and Accounting and Payroll Outsourcing departments. In his presentation Jonathan emphasised the need to build close relationships with the universities in order to attract the best graduates.
