The award is evidence of the degree to which we engage in employee development and with society as a whole. Our Mazars DNA and culture emphasizes that our employees are the key to developing organizational capabilities for sustainable growth. We care about the well-being of our employees, strive for equality, and respect diversity. We put our time and effort into making Mazars a better place to work. Especially during the COVID-19 outbreak, Mazars continued to make the safety of its employees its first priority, while still seeking to excel in our work for our clients. Mazars has remained agile and adapted its HR policies to fit with our employees’ lives and maximize employee benefits.
Receiving this award would not have been possible without each Mazarian. We appreciate their hard work and involvement. This award if for all of them.
