Notification of place of residence (Form TM30)

The issue of the Royal Gazette published on 16 June 2020 set out new regulations regarding Form TM30. A landlord is still required to submit Form TM30 within 24 hours of a foreigner’s arrival.

However, effective 30 June 2020, if a landlord has already submitted a Form TM30 for a particular foreigner, there is no need to submit a new one. This also applies to foreigners who have non-immigrant visas and re-entry permits who are traveling outside of or within Thailand.
