Nareerut Cherdchaikul Director - Legal Practice

Nareerut is Director of the Legal department. Prior to rejoin Mazars (Thailand), she is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience specializing in private and public company law and foreign business law.

She practiced with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal & Tax Consultants for 10 years, during which time she advised clients in a number of areas including corporate restructuring, corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector, and stock market flotation. Subsequent to her time with PwC, Nareerut practiced at a boutique Japanese consulting firm, specializing in Japanese corporate clients, operating in the automobile and steel industry sectors.
