On 21 December 2022, the IFRS Foundation announced the appointment or re-appointment of several Trustees.

The IFRS Foundation Trustees are responsible for the strategy, governance and oversight of the Foundation, including the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
The appointed or re-appointed members will begin their three-year term on 1 January 2023.
